2017 450H no longer receives traffic information and weather information

My lexus no longer receives traffic information and weather information. I've rebooted system several times. It shows it is receiving HD radio and information but it isn't showing up on the map. HD radio stations come in intermittently. Rest of the system seems to be in working order. Seems coincidental that this happened right after a maintenance visit to lexus dealer. Does this have anything to do with 3G discontinuation? Any thoughts?

The first thing I'd do is call the service advisor to hear what he or she has to say about it.

decided to disconnect 12v battery for 10mins, then reconnected. fixed the problem. all settings, station presets, addresses saved. took the computer a few minutes to boot up, but no data lost. just had to initialize a few things.
