neisen Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 service manual says to change spark plugs at 60K miles, toyota dealer (only one near me) says they are good for 100K. do I need to change plugs at 60K
Taffy13 Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 If your RX350 is running fine with no problems! my advice is No save your $$$$ in your own pocket and not the Dealer have a good day.
RX400h Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 60K miles? I'm fairly certain that our 2006 RX400h spark plug replacement recommendation is 120,000 miles.
neisen Posted September 21, 2022 Author Posted September 21, 2022 thanks, i am concerned that the manual says 60K to "maintain the emission control warranty". a lot of stuff is associated with emission control, would not like to be non compliant.
RX400h Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 If that's the case, you may want to follow the manual. Emission components can be very pricey to have replaced.
