Buzzing sound in dash

2002 Gs 430 197k drives well just started making buzzing sound from center dash when car on. Stops and goes doesn't do all the time but annoying.

2004 GS300 164K drives well too.  Just noticed the same buzzing sound sometime under dashboard when car is on.  any idea?

I had that for some time with my 01 GS300. Then all of the sudden heat and air stopped working on passenger side of car. I had to replace 2 actuator motors that make change heat to ac as well as directing heat and air to defrost, vents or floor mode. Once done, no more odd creaking/squeeking sound and heat and air working to the mac.
