They are not HID lamps.

On my 2007 ES350 the left front headlight only works some of the time, other times it's out. If I turn the lights off manually, then turn them back on the light comes back on. Sometimes its off and sometimes it work fine. Anyone else have this issue?

My manual says the battery should last 2 years. I replace mine every year just to be on the safe side. The remote does open, it is split along its length. Use a knife to pry it open.

I just bought a gps and it confirmed what I suspected for awhile, my speedometer is off about 2 mph also. Reads 37 vs. 35 on gps.

I sure hope they do something soom because my carpet it getting pretty dirty and winter is coming. I am going to request a new carpet job if this issue lingers too long.

I have bought new tires at NTB (National Tire and Battery). Never had any problem with the pressure system.

The radio has locked up three times for me. The last time was about a week ago when the temp. was about 85. Once the AC cools the car off the radio buttons work fine. Note that when the radio is locked up, the steering wheel radio controls work fine. The car is a 2007.

My car use to do strange things with the the cd player and radio on a intermitten bases and it always seem to happen on hot days when the car has been setting in the sun for a while, Lately I have not heard the wife complain about the cd player but I do know if the car gets hot in side the screen will blank out and the vol and ch controls will stop working for awhile. Thanks for the info. That may be what's happening to me. Now that I think about it, the worst days I had were during a recent tennis tournament when I had my car out in 95 degree weather for most of the day. I will keep monitoring it and see if the pattern holds true. Exact same thing has happened to my radio twice now. When it sits in the sun on a real hot day the screen will be blank and on-off/volume controls don't work. Once the car cools off the radio is fine.

I have been noticing a metal-to-metal squeel coming from my back wheel, especially first thing in the morning when backing out of my garage. The noise comes and goes and only seems to be there at very slow speed. Sometimes, not always, if i rock the car when it is parked I can hear a grinding noise coming from the wheel. Anyone else experience this? BTW brakes were checked in Feb. and where still at 80%.

Alignment every 6,000 miles may be overkill......but each alignment is free when you purchase Firestone's lifetime alignment which they sell for about $125. So why not use it and make sure the car is always in good alignment.

Thanks for replying. Do you get Primacy in Costco? How much do they charge for alignment. Thanks again I got a life time alignment from Firestone for about $125. I get all tires aligned every 6,000 miles (same time the oil is changed). The tire rotations are free when you buy the tires from NTD, and most other tire dealers too.

I also put on the Michelin Primacy which I bought at NTB for about $125 each. The ride is excellent, no noise and very smooth. No problems at all with the prerssure monitors.

There is a panel in the back of the glove box. You lift up, and pull out the cover and the filter slide right out.

i had my 2007 inspected at 25,000 miles and the brakes were still over 70% of original thickness. 18,000 is way too early for new brakes.
