00 Lexus GS400 91K miles now. No Major problems here lower ball joints are starting to click nothing major $350 fix. 2800rpm stall L-Tuned Exhausts Tein Coilovers w/ EDFC Stoptech 14" Brakes Supra Rear End etc etc

It depends what state you are in some states are different than others.. In florida the Legal limit last time I checked in the driver window was like 32% I'd check around to see if I were you.
