THE BLOWER MOTOR STOPPED WORKING ON MY 97 ES300 ALSO. ANY IDEAS ?

Hi Gents! I own a 97 ES300. Recently the battery in the key fob went dead. When I used the key to open the door,the alarm went off and the ignition was disabled. Does anyone know how to overide the system so the car can be started? Thanks !!
