    When we bought our first Lexus a few months ago, the sales person and the service manager both told us to change the oil every 5,000 miles. This is a little different than what we do with our other non-Lexus vehicles, but they must have a reason for it. I will take their advice. Just talk to anyone who has owned a Lexus for sometime they have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the vehicle and their dealership. DaWG

    What I would be really concerned by is the fact that when you called your dealer they suggested it was a fuel issue. If you explained the issue to them, the way you did here, it was clearly a mechanical issue of some sort, not a fuel related issue. This is a real good example why these forums are necessary. DaWG

    I have had the same problem. My wife (the primary driver) (Blackjack), my phone (Motorola Q9)and my son's phone (iPhone)are all entered as users. It repeatedly brings my phone up on screen. I have to manually go into system and change it to my wife's phone before she can use it. I hope someone can share the fix with us. My wife has an 08 RX 350.
