How To Get European Map Disc For An American Rx 400h

I would love to hear someone have a solution for this issue. If this cannot be posted please, contact me on keyjeybee@yahoo.se THANX in advance :) I live in Romania and my RX400h is from US. I've tried to use an european navigation dvd but it didn't works. Finally I've bought (60 Euros) from the "black" market a dvd with eastern europe maps and it works.
