Can the odometer display be reprogrammed to read kilometers instead of miles ? Many thank for any help !

I have tried to figure out how to reprogram inside and outside temperature displays from Fahrenheit to Celcius as I live outside US as even on my friend's new Mustang or in a new Jaguar this is easily done. Can anyone tell me how this can be done on the RX400h? Many thank for any help !

I have recently imported a 2006 RX400h from Texas to Norway. The radio in the vehicle does not work properly as the radio does not allow me to search/scan all FM stations. The FM frequencies in US go in increments of 20 MHz (FM 102.9, 103.1, 103.3 etc.) while here in Europe the FM frequencies go in increments of only 10 MHz (FM 102.9, 103.0, 103.1, 103.2 etc.). This means that I cannot listen to radio stations that are on even numbered frequencies (like FM 102.0 or 106.8). Does anyone know if the radio can be modified (change the synthesizer tuner) or do I have to buy a new "European" Lexus radio ? Many thanks for any help !

I have recently imported a 2006 RX400h (1st reg Oct '05) from Texas to Norway. The navigation system in the car does not work. The GPS position is correct, but the local dealer claim they can't put in a "European map" as it will not work with my system. Lexus Customer Service in the US say that The European version of the navigation system has the same hardware but not software and that I will not have the full functionality out of the European navigation update in a U. S. vehicle. So far they have not been able to tell me what to do with the software. Does anyone know what modifications need to be done to the car's navigation system (software) be able to use the navigation system in Europe ? Is the local Norway dealer correct when they claim the European map DVD will not go with the US version of the navigation system ? Many thanks for any help !
