I have a 2001 lexus is300 with 137,000 miles on it and im not really getting the best gas mileage, ive been told that changing my o2 censors will help. Anyone know why brand i should buy and maybe some prices? And if anyone has any other suggestions on helping my gas mileage my ears (or should i say eyes) are open.

I am fixing to put an angel eye kit on my 2001 IS300 and i will be driving with them on throughout the day, i dont think they will be as noticeable with my drl's on. is there a way to turn them off or something i can unplug??

I just ordered an angel eye kit and when i take the whole front end off of my car im going to wetsand and clearcoat all the front lights, ill see if that helps.

Hey guys, my friend has a new pontiac g5 and he changed the hid's so they will be brighter, they are amazingly bright and i want mine to be like that. Heres the Question Would i just replace the bulbs or change the ballasts? im not really to smart on the whole HID thing. any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Hey guys i have been wanting to turbo my 2001 IS300 or awhile now and i think im finally going to do it i just had a few questions. It has an auto transmission i know they are better for a turbo because it dosnt loose all the boost while shifting but i have also heard that putting a turbo on a stock transmission will shred them. or if i should just go with the 5speed swap. Any input is appreciated, Thanks.

I was cleaning my car and i accidentally pushed a button on the cd player and it started saying error 3 no matter what i did so i decided to unhook the battery and hook it back up. Now it works but it dosnt show that any cd's are in and wont eject or put any new ones in. it had 6 in it when i unhooked the battery. Any ideas anyone??

i know the h techs ride better but i cant decide if i want to go as low as the s techs or not, im just thinking the h techs for the smoother ride.

My brother has a 2001 celica and on the key holes to unlock the door and the hatch he found some covers that fit in the holes so you cant see them. I was wondering if anyone knows where i can get some of these for an IS300?

My entire car got keyed and i filed report and claimed to the insurance, paint is expensive to get everything but my roof and front bumper was $3100. just go get a quote and see

I got rear ended and they replaced the whole bumper and painted it the total was $777 something so more than likely because of the scratches in the plastic (depending how deep they are) they will replace it i Also backed into my brother and it sounds like the same situation broken light and whatnot, and i'm only being charged $125 because i know the guy and he painted my entire car so he is helping me out. check the clip on the inside closest to the wheelwell and see if it is broken if it is then they will want to replace the whole bumper.

Yeah it works exactly the same my friend did it on his tailights to paint them it looked really good so if you are just replacing the outside of it, it should be really easy just be sure not to break the clips on the tailight. and wear oven mits!
