freeze plugs blowing out? thats gnarly. all i can think of is that someone tried to take'em off and put'em back on and they stripped the freeze plug hole. you should be able to fit a bigger one on there but you'll need a a big die for it

well if its when you brake then it has to do with you brakes obviously. brakes might need a bleed or the rotors might need to be cut. maybe a combination of both. but to determine if its coming from the front or back, you'll just need to pay more attention to the car when braking :)
