I have a '99 GS400 and I had my timing belt changed at 120,000 miles. I now have about 206,750 miles on the car and it runs great. I'll probably have it changed again at 220,000!

My 1999 GS 400 is now 15 years old and has about 206,700 miles. It's easily the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Most likely I will never sell it.
