Btw... guys sorry that I wasn't replying for a while, I was in europe for a month, but now I'm back, and if you need any parts let me know, I still have a bunch left.

I'll take the center Air Vent with trim for $20 if it's available and not cracked when you take it out - in picture it looks uncracked. I live in Tampa, so I could pick it up and save us both the hassle of shipping. Think you have to go take out the glove box (disconnnect the pasenger side airbag) to get it out (attached to the center wood trim panel). Really only need the outside balck trim piece but it will just be easier to take out the vent with trim.

All right, I got it out, thanx a lot bud you were very helpful, once I got the drivers side out and knew how to do it I got the pasenger side out withing couple of minutes. All I had to do is let the window down couple of inches and the push back on the metal bar and came right off, gotta say it would probably be a lot of pain to put it all back together. Thank god I don't have to worry about that.

Yeah, I had the bolts undone already, two on top, only one on bottom, the bottom part I was able to push in, but the top part I can't move, I can push the bolts in through the whole so it would be loose, do I have to do that before I can push the clip back? I'm just parting the car out, and I sold this part over a week ago, I need to mail it to the guy I'm just stuck at this point, and I was unable to find anything online.

When I did mine I had to get the bolts all the way out and then the clip would slide out. It is going to look like you can't get it out, but you have to do alot of straining. If the part still works, you might be able to get the bolts out easier with the window down, I don't know because mine was stuck up all the way. But good luck with it.

Made some progress today, but couldn't finish it beacuse I had to run to work but I have it all loose, the window can go down, just couldn't detach the window from the metal bar, but I'll try it agian in the morning when I have some time, guess I'll just push the bar towards the front of the door see if the clip pops out.

You should have 2 bolts at the top of that "bar" and 2 at the bottom that will need to be removed also. It is all one unit. This "bar" is what holds the cradle that lifts the window up and down and also holds the cable. You will need to slide the clip that is connected to the window's metal frame (on the bottom of the window inside the door) toward the back of the door. The window will need to be all the way up. It is going to be a pain in the butt to get it out, but with a little prying and wiggeling, it will come out. It's even harder to get the new one in. This is what I went through when I put mine in a few weeks ago. If there is an easier way, I don't know it. Good luck and hope this helped.

Can anyone help? I'm trying to take out the window regulator, I have the door panel off, I see a bar inside the door going from top to bottom, and on right I see 3 bolts which should be from the window motor/regulator, I undone those, but what do I do now, how do I get it out from there?

When I purchased the regulator Lexus asked me if I needed the motor assembly with it, and I told them no because the motor is working fine. Do I still need to replace the motor if it is working fine? I was able to purchase just the window regulator the passenger side without the motor attached.

Also, I'm having a bit of a trouble removing the door panel. I can't seem to locate any screws for removing the panel. Is the panel just held on by clips or are the screws hidden behind the trim (like behind the trim of the door handle for instance).

I'm trying to replace my windown regulator with the motor, not sure how to do it, but I have the door panel door off, there were screws on the bottom, there was also a screw underneath the leather handle. Think the rest were just clips that pulled off.

I have the door panel off, I unscrewed two bolts on top and one on bottom, that should release the regulator, then to the right there were three bolts which I believe are from the motor, so I undone those, I pushed the bottom part of the regulator in, but not sure how to take it all out of the car, I don't wanna breake the window either. I'm sure it's not hard, how do I go about doing this?

Hey, I tried looking around online for what they sell for but couldn't really find anything, found them in one online junk yard for $300 a piece which is way too much, what sounds like a fair price to you? I'll figure out the shipping later, my quick guess is that to Canada it's going to be around $30. Btw... I haven't taken them out yet but I don't think there is anything wrong with them, the tabs and rubber should all be there.

I took the master window swtich out, am selling it on ebay right now, the speaker cover is gone, wasn't there when I bought, and there is something missing on the bottom, rectangular shape, not sure what it is, it's missing from both doors, and the handle is little dirty. I don't know if it's in better shape then yours or not, but let me know.

It's the one that's suppose to be attached to power steering pump, I'm really not much of a mechanic at all, so if you can be as detailed as possible I would appreciate it, pictures would be great as well.

How about the long wood trim piece on the passenger door...condition & price? How about both wood pieces on the door?

I'm just awaitting payment on the drivers upper door trim from someone already and I'm mailing it out. For the woodtrim on passangers door, the bigger piece is in pretty good shape, has little bit of gray on the right, barely noticable, the smaller piece is not in such a good shape, has this gray stuff on it, doesn't look like it would wash off, seems like it's on inside, I uploaded some detailed pics of it so check it out. For price how about $30 for the bigger piece or $40 for both, plus shipping. How does that sound?

I can still sell you the hose, this one doesn't have any leaks as far as I know, but if it does leak I will refund you the money, I'll let you know as soon as I take it out.

If the rear upper seat doesn't have any rips or tears then I am ok with your asking price.

The seat is in great condition, has no tears, only marks where the seatbealts used to be, but I think that it can be probably cleaned off, or at least most of it. what's your zip code?

I checked quotes, everything was little over $10 until I put the dimensions in, then the cheapest one was Fedex and it was still almost $40 for shipping, talking just about the seat. The dimensions of the packaging would be around 58"x29"x8" and it's light, I estimated around 10 lb
