hi all, will pick up my rx330 this morning after the local installer had done the job for a whole day. i had replaced the amp. front side speaker, 10" sub, wiring and add a digital processor. i will post some pics of the upgrade/installation and share the experience later in the evening. i am a bit excited now and eager to test the new audio system once it is ready.

hi, if cargo carrier is the only stuff you are going to put on the roof, you just have to buy their adaptor in order to install on the factory rack otherwise you have to invest some money on their roof rack as cagleman said and you can put any of their product as you wish.

hi, focal makes good mobile speaker and i will upgrade the amp at the same time.

it seems that u had upgraded the amp, add rca converter and had all the cable run. the price is quite good and the installation is neat. i can see in the picture that the installer had custom made a plastic box to enclose the amp, is it?

hi, as i was told by the dealer, my rx330 was made and shipped from japan in october 2003. the only thing they have done is updating the shifting program. i do not have any transmission problems or at least up to now. my rx330 was out in the end of february 2004 and has run about 1100km. i enjoy driving it and impress that the starting speed is not worse than my bmw 325is too much.

hi, i have owmed a bmw 325is and i love it very much and i think the 3 series is the best that bmw ever made. i regret i have never owned a m3 before i bought my lexus rx330, i had test drive bmw x3, x5, volkswagen touareg and volvo xc90. for offroad purpose, i like volkswagen touraeg the best. however since i am not always offroad, i finally chose the lexus rx330 for the the balance between offroad and comfort. coming to bmw, forget about the x3. to compare x5 with rx330, unless you get the 4.4 engine of x5 or you are an absolutely bmw fans. since bmw x3 and x5 design is somewhat lean to comfort rather than offroad and finally made it without their own characteristic. for comfort, i could not find any vechicles that could compare with lexus. the rx330 is my first lexus and i enjoy driving it here and there. what i am doing now is looking for some cool stuffs to put on it.

hi, thanks for your reply. for the factory 18" tire with alloy rim of rx330 is cad$2098 at dealer. anyway would really think about is it worth the money or invest the money on other upgrade.

hi, oh yes, please forgive a newbie. i'm going to sell the whole set of factory 17" tires with alloy rim that is P225/65R17 Tires all season. i cannot tell the price now since i do not have any reference and will seek advice from my dealer. thanks
