I get the whistling sound on my '93 LS400, more noticeable when the AC is running. I wouldn't worry about it, most of the time it's not even there for me.

thanks for all of the responses! yeah, i think i will have it done professionally because I touched up the side panel (in front of the left rear wheel) a year ago and the paint has now reverted to a different color. on the other hand, since the pros will do the whole bumper, i could just wait... haha, decisions.

Hi, I'm new to this forum but I was hoping I could get some feedback. I recently sustained paint scratches to the rear bumper of my 1994 LS 400. I was wondering what's the best way to approach this - do it myself, take it to a shop, or have repainting done. I've attached a photo below. Thanks!
