Hey so i decided to call Lexus today to ask how much the front Lip (spoiler) of a 92 sc400 costed.. They want 450 just for the little piece of plastic that sticks on to the bottom of the bumper. WOOOOW. Well im pretty sure many of you already know this but i just found out and needed to vent alittle bit. Does any one know any other alternatives. dont really wanna do to much work just wanna make it look neat.

So i just got the Car. Was runnin great went to mechanic did full tue up plus more. spent 600 big ones (he really took) but any ways today i got on it alittle and it started to Bog out. Meaning i hit the gas it takes off and then the RPMS drop and rev again. And as it goes itnto to second it red lines stays there then drops into second at a low rev even though i have the pedal to the floor. Any ideas what this is? Also i get a ticking noise i believe is from the catalitic but it happens all the time even when the car is running. not sure what that is and dont know if its related Please give me some feed back. Thanks so i take it the 97 bumpers and skirts fit no problem they should line up no problem. also whats up with tail lights what are my options?

Just Like to Welcome myself to the wonderful world of Lexus. Just got one today was never crazy about them until i Bought my SC 400. Car is amazing runs great powerfull. Iv been reading up all the info on the forum VERY Helpful. I got alot of work to do. As i read and as i noticed on my car I fall into the category of common problems 1. Gauge Needles 2. CLimate Contol Bulbs 3. Trunk Lid 4. Mildew Build up on Lights 5. Cracked Leather Steering. Gonna fix all that stuff soon. And then im gonan Do a Custom Sound System In the Car ill be happy to spread the knowledge to whoever. My first and only question is does any one know a link were i can buy the plastic lip on the front lower part of the bumper or any ideas of upgrades For axample a Lip kit to go all aroundthe car maybe! Anyways Gotta go Glad to be part of the lexus fam. :D
