  1. hey blexus400

    welcome to the club buddy

what seems to be the problem?

I assume you feel aggrieved that no-one has replied to your thread asking for advice on buying a GS400

Clearly you feel you are being ignored, but I honestly do not think this is the case.

I do not think that there are any cliques here, not helping you out - you may just have been unfortunate in that your thread has got a bit lost in the traffic.

Tell you what my friend - I'll bump your topic up to the top again now, and send a pm to a coupla guys on here who know their way round the GS.

Can't promise they can help - but I'm sure they'll try there best.

would this make you feel better? :magic:

  2. The American Lexus Owners Club has recently implemented a new feature for Lexus owners.

The Dealer Review System allows you to review and rate your Lexus dealership.

Have you had good, bad or indifferent service from a Lexus dealership?

Are they excellent when you are buying the car, but let you down with aftercare?

Or do they offer a consistently high level of care?

Enter the USA Lexus Owners Club Dealer Review System (or use the navigation bar on the top of every forum page)

So - lets get your reviews in, and start seeing who is the best (and worse) Lexus dealership out there!

  3. I am based over in the UK - so can't comment on price over there.

But I'm sure my attitude to tyres applies equally well over there.

Do not skimp on tyres - get cheap other bits if you like - but always get decent tyres.

The couple of inches of rubber per corner that tyres provide are the most important couple of inches of rubber on the car (not counting the condoms in the glovebox :whistles: ).

could be a matter of life or death.

  4. matt , i've tried like u said a couple of times but can;t figure it out, i've eaton up a lot space in your test forum

no worries mate - thats what it is there for!

    :D :D :D

I clear down the posts in there every few weeks- - so they'll get deleted eventually anyway

  5. hey blue - becoming a regular eh?

    ;)

paste this link into the avatar settings

    http://us.lexusownersclub.com/albums/GS/af..._019a.thumb.jpg

with regards to the images, I think what you are trying to do is to inline them - ie - make them appear in the post as a picture rather than a link you have to click to see the image - like below?

    after_019a.jpg

the easiestway to do this is to copy the location of the image you want, then click on the IMG button when creating your post.

Paste the image URL into the popup window - and you'll be golden
