I have the same problem it just started when I replaced the starter in my car. There is no Beep. What fuse would it be?

1997 Lexus ES300 3rd owner 131k miles Mods 16" rims smoke chrome emblems not sure if this is a mod Problems The one I need help with The check engine light came on then the traction control disengaged and wont reengage. Is there a way to read the code without the scan tool. I used to be big into fieros and you could short out to pins and the check engine light would flash the code. the interior lights are burning out the suspension seems to be going there is a small oil leak at the main seal. Replaced all the brakes cost maybe $100 diy tires got a deal $200 I would appreciate some help on the check engine light Thanks
