Transmission Problems/failures with RX300 awd/fwd

I also have a 94rx330 and have bad transmission hesitation upon depressing the gas and it often jerks the car hard by sticking as well. My wifes' toyota sienna does the exact same things. Toyota transmissions. There should be a recall, very common problem that independent mechanics will verify across the country.
