I dont think its the road becuase it feels like the engine is runing out of breath like its gonna die on me in any sec.

Hey guys well im pretty much new to this stuff i have a 98 es 300 it runs ok but every now and then my engine starts to shake and the rpm starts going crazy i have no clue what the problem is so by anychance do you guys know whats the problem? and how much would it cost to fix? thnx -black
