Transmission Problems/failures with RX300 awd/fwd

I am also having the same problem with my 2003 RX300. Sometimes hesitation going into reverse. Nothing else. Serviced it since it was new at 20k intervals. 135k now. Acts like a sticking solonoid and worse when cold.
