Do you have another device you can try and plug it into like a Bose wave radio AUX port to see if it works with that device...? I tried on my laptop and it didnt work either, i think this cable dont support ipod touch 2nd generation.

Where is the actual TSB, I coluld not find it. I am also hearing the same clunk on my 2007 GX470 since i have it and now it has 7k miles. I will ask the Dealer at the next oil change to look at it but need something to backup my claim...

I tried to hook up my ipod touch 2G thru the AUX, I am using this cable 4ft iPod Dock Connector to 3.5mm Cable I am not hearing any sound coming out of the GX470. Does anyone has used that before, do I need to change some settings on the ipod touch itself
