LexusGS400RacerX, did you replace your headlights or had them cleaned? I need to clean mine...it's getting somewhat foggy like I got some kind of film on some part of the lens. Any ideas on how to clean without replacing them? Thanks

GS400 - V6 engine?? Are you sure about that? I know a GS400 in it's prime should give out at least 17mpg-city/21mpg-hwy with 300HP. If its is V6 - that is the GS300 19mpg city/23mpg hwg. I bought my GS300 for $11,000.00 at 60k miles at Elmwood Park, NJ. Thought I had the best deal ever....but you smashed my record at $3,000 for 125k. Enjoy kid.

Hey CarbonGS (Tony), Your ride is "SICK"...i LOVE IT. Actually I believe it was a picture of your car (I saw a while back online) that made me go get my GS. I have a couple of questions.....first of all I dont have enough to put into the car to make it like urs..(Got a wife, a little one and House). But with that said, I am still interested in making my GS similar to urs...LOL...I wish. Ok.. 1. How can i make my grill black...I mean get rid of the silver parts on my present grill or do I have to buy a whole new grill? 2. Almost forked over $400 for those head lights...thanks to this forum, now I want your Q45 projectors. How do they perform? Read somewhere they are not as effective as they look? And I didnt see a choice to order that at www.advancedautomotiveconcepts.com. 3. Did you lower your GS? If yes how low.... The black Lex on www.advancedautomotiveconcepts.com. is different from yours..the grill and the Q45 projectors? Or was that a stage during the modification process?

I am experiencing a similar problem especially when i want to move like at a red like or just the initial acceleration, but after that everything goes back to normal. Sounds very much like the exhaust rattling... well thats the only thing I can suggest. My silver stallion needs servicing anyways so I intend to wait until after I change the plugs and see if it rides a lot smoother. Please if you get yours fixed, let us know what you did. THANKS
