92 Lexes Es300 Key Problem

I'm sorry for not being specific yes my key is out of the ignition but when i put in the key i have to use force to push it in all the way and i can not start my engine i can not click the ignition left or right and yes the steering wheel is unlocked -
hey guy i am having problem with my lexes 92 es300 somehow when i was took out the key i left it on unlock and acc and i cant click it back with any of the two also the steering wheel is still unlocked does anybody know how to fix this problem?

I own a 92 lexus es300 and i had a similar problem my key was stuck in the ignition and i looked again and it was stuck between unlock and acc and it would not click left or right anymore anybody having any sugestion to fixing this problem ?
