Remove the bottom most panel beneath the glove box by removing the three bolts (I think it was 12mm). With the bolts removed - pull back the lower panel carefully. Do not break any clips. :) Pull back the part RIGHT BELOW the glove box. This is NOT the same panel as the one above. The ECM is attached to it. Have a peek up at your ECM/ECU. You can remove it by taking off the 3 bolts holding it to the panel. HTH
