there is a screw behind the door handle you just need to pop out the plate and there it is. also if you need a new window motor or something i just wrecked my 93 sc400 so i got parts for sale

so im trying to take out the door windows on my car but when i crashed all the windows were down and i cant put it back up any1 know how to get them out i cant seem to figure it out.

the plastic parts are all messed up so i dont have those. i hae the passanger door all the inteior panels back seats back bumper inteior is tan all the glass but the windshield

yup its totaled. stupid guy on a bike cut me off and ran! but im ok thanks to my car. yeh it looks like the engine is good but havent got that far yeh. but im parting it out. if you need anything just post here of send me an email and ill get back to you on if i still have it and what im looking to get for it money wise. id post pics but i dont know how to do that on here. email: josh_coolbum_67@hotmail.com

My rear main seal leaks also, will not ruin your engine just check your oil and don't let it get too low. Its anywhere from $350 to $600 to fix depending on where yo live. I would get radiater fixed right away. thats what my plan is it doesnt leak barly anything at all but i know it could get bad fast i just cant find out were its leaking from if its somthing i can fix without buying a new radiater i want to try it b/c the radiater isnt that old.

iv only had my 400 for a little over week now but im so happy with it. my plans our to hook it up thats all i do anymore is look for parts and price's. i have not once wished that i had gone with the 300 though.

well it already has infinity rims which looks nice and i did plan on putting coilovers on as soon as i get a system and tint.

my remain seal leaks a little not much. when we got the car and looked under it the rear end was covered in dried gunk like the rear end what leaking we cleaned it off and it doesnt seem to be leaking is this something to worry about? or does someone think it was just dirty? my radiator also leaks or leaks from somewhere it seems to be coming from the bottom on the passengers side right by the 2 hoses going into the radiator any ideas?

i have the same problem on my 93' sc400 the speedo and fuel tacks dont work at all and the rpm tack flickers in some area's i turned my brightness down and now it doesnt flicker and from what i have read on this its not an easy fix by just replacing blubs.

thnx. my dad keeps telling me the rear end in this thing is crazy good and is wondering if he could adjust it by himself is this possable? also is it common for the rear end seal to need to be replaced?

lol yeh i guess it is but would rather would put a normal door and a body kit instead. im not much of a carbon fiber guy.

thnx for all the info. i alrdy changed the oil checked all the fluids, air fliter, and oil filter. gonna put ngks on aswell and was going to change the tranny fluid why should i use toyota t4 sunthetic what does it do how much? i got a set of 18" wheels on there now off a newer infinity im going to put 2 new tires on the back this weekend. also hoping to get it tinted dark this weekend.

Welcome to the club Always hate to hear that a lex was hit :cries: Check out JIBBBY he is the SC modder on these boards as of late. im looking to see how hard it would be to put lowering springs on it myself and were to find good parts also want to put a chip and exuast any know where to look?

i just bought a 93 lexus sc 400 . it has 135000miles on it nothing is wrong with it mechanicly. i only paid 3200 for it b/c a drunk driver hit it while it was parked and got the driver door a bit. the damage isnt even that bad. so i was wondering what you guys though were some good quick up grades. i would post some pictures but i cant figure out how to do it on here.
