sorry if this topic is elsewhere but i keep erroring out on my search ... anyway, how do i fix the condensation/water drop/fog on the headlights of my 93 sc400? or should i just leave it alone.
also, my front parking light is out. is it a real nightmare to fix - does the airbox have to come out, etc.?

thanks for the information. that's what i was hoping to hear.

i have a 93 sc400 and a really stupid question:
what are those clicking sounds coming from beneath the car while its running and while its turned off and cooling down. it sounds like its coming from the exhaust or from heat shields - [assuming there are heat shields of some kind] - i know its a common sound effect - kind of like dieseling, but this is my first v8. it doesn't seem to affect performance, etc.
it doesn't speed up or slow down - in other words, its not affected by the idle. its more like liquid dripping onto something hot and popping.

i just got my 93 400 two weeks ago and the east coast had their first storm of the season. my car was undrivable. i'm not expecting miracles. i've had many rear wheel drive cars in the past and snow wasn't a problem. i think the weight is ... plus its an automatic transmission.
so what's the consensus on the best tires? how much weight do i need in the trunk. does anyone know anything about plastic chains?

How much did all of this cost you? I just bought a 93 400 and i love it, however i don't use cassettes anymore and i'd rather have a cd player than a slow changer. i'm deciding whether to change the head or replace the changer.

i have a similar problem. i just got a 93 sc400. i love it.
the nakamichi changer is very slow. so i'm thinking that i should either replace the changer or replace the the head since i prefer cd players rather than changers and i don't use the cassette player anyway.
the rear speakers aren't working. i'm guessing that there's a loose wire somewhere.
what does everyone think?

thanks. i guess i'll fix the parking light now and ignore the fog until it gets warmer.
