  1. See a reply I made under a LS 400 forum - basically my misfire was caused by oil leaking through a bad rocker cover gasket and into two of the spark plug recesses.
  2. For what it may help. My 95 LS 400 had a slight misfire - especially when accelerating. Obviously thought of all the usual supsects, plugs, leads, ignition, timing etc. The culprit was a leaking rocker cover gasket that was letting oil seap into two of the spark plug recesses Eventually the top of these two plugs where covered in oil. Every thing was dried out - gasket replaced, car now runs fine
  3. I have a 1995 LS400 and I want to remove the drivers seat. Although I can see the four bolts that hold the seat to the frame, do I need to do anything to disable the air bag system, or will just disconnecting all the seat electrics work. I've looked on ALLDATDIY.COM but no such advice re seat airbags etc Thanks
  4. Hi, Strange has it may be I have just bought a LS 400, exact same colour as yours and with the exact problems as you have regarding the seat memory function. The main courtesy light also doesn't work can you advise me if you have fixed the problem , and how. Thanks Fergus the dog (UK)
