I checked the pressure on my Michelins (I just got my 2007 RX400h last weekend with 18" alloys). They are set to 32 psi from the dealer.

I picked up a RX400h with Premium plus, Nav/ML sound, etc. for 0.00165, 58%/12k miles, 36 months yesterday in the Greater Los Angeles area. I came in around $2000 over invoice for the color combination I wanted. Some dealers are really interested to sell from their inventory during december, so if your son is flexible regarding color you should be able to negotiate a better sales price than me.
