Same thing happened to my 2004 RX330. I took it to Lexus and they said they had a problem with a lot of camera's that year. Luckily mine was still covered under the warranty but it took almost 4 months to get the new camera installed due to back ordered part.

Bump. I'm looking for the same thing. I just got the RX350 and LOVE the Bluetooth capability and I'm now looking for something similar for my 2004 RX330. Has anyone had any experience with aftermarket Bluetooth for the RX330? I've been googling and found the Parrot 3000 Evolution but I'm not sure if this will work. Thanks in advance.

A year ago my RX330 backup camera started to look like a snowy TV screen and then finally went black. After months of waiting for the right camera to come in at the dealership it was fix. The dealer did tell me that they had a problem with a bunch of cameras that year. Sorry. :(
