Sorry, I've been researching and I'm trying to switch out my DRL to Sylvania Silverstars or Philip Blue vision. How do I find out the stock #'s I need

I have an 04 RX330 and I think all 04 are like this but I have two sets of lights. The regular day lights and the halogen lights that switch over at dusk and night. Can I change out the regular day lights to halogen that way they will be the same 24/7? If so is there a certain size I need? Thanks!

It just started today, when I put it in reverse the screen is "jumping". It flickers up and down like the tuning is off. Has this happened to anyone else?
