The phone company needs the ECN (electronic serial number) on the trans-receiver for the phone to correct a problem I am having activating the phone. Anyone know where the trans-receiver is mounted on a 1991 LS400? I have looked in the trunk and under the passenger seat, but it's not there.

I just bought a used LX400 with Motorola analog phone built in. Phone company won't activate it. I am interested in replacing with anything that is built-in and uses the hands free feature, even if I have to pay to replace the system with a different brand such as Nokia. Is it possible?
