I finally try the wax from Sumole on my LS430 today. It looks amazing. I alway use the wax-as-u-dry since I really don't want to spend more then a hour with my car washing. I used to but with family and kids, time is more valuable with family interaction. Just thought I share. By the way I still wash my own car as I love my cars and washing them personally makes me appreciate it more.

Anyone experience the same issue where when you shift to reverse and rear view camera display doesn't come up? It happen couple of times and I can not duplicate the issue. Its still a mystery for now of the combination to trigger this problem for dealer to properly address it. Any help will ge appreciated, thanks.

I test again last night and the speakers are alright but the bass got distorted quick as soon as I crank up the volume. If I turn the bass back to neutral then the distortion goes away but so is the bass, which wasn't really there the first place. I don't really want to mess around with my LS430 as its my wife's car primary and I love to keep it in factory condition since I bought the bumpep2bumper extended warranty.

I had just about enough of the ML audio system on my 06 LS430. There is obsolutely no bass and when I crank up the volume before I feel that is loud enough the sound started to distort. What is the deal with it! Is it just me or they just sucked. I just purchase a 12" woofer, set of Front & Rear MB Quartz and 2 big amps for my ML500. Maybe I should drop them in the Lexus instead as I'm only to plan on keeping my ML500 for 2 more years no more then 3 definetely.

Glad to know that, I hate to see my 19s go to waste for just looks. Does anyone know if there is performance Anti-sway bar upgrade the 06 LS430 with Sport suspension?

I bought an 06 Sport for my wife almost 2 month now. We loves the car and its quite a different experience then the BMW or Infiniti that we used to drive. The only part that bothers me is the steering respons feel slow and unprecise. What can I do to make it better? 1) I have a 19" wheel ready to mount at this time as soon as I break in the car. 2) Would a beefier anti-roll bar cure the issue? Is there one available? I try not to tampper with suspension as that is something my whole family is enjoying right now. Well, except me but I rather to keep everyone happy then just me. Thanks for all of your inputs.

Anyone know a good audio installer in Thousand Oaks, CA 91362?

I'm thinking about adding a 12" Sub in the trunk as the MarkL is way to weak on the bass for my taste. I just don't know if I will feel the bass thru the trunk or not at the car its pretty sound prooved. Anyone has a sub installed in their trunk? Please give your opinions, thanks.

Any one has any good suggestion on a budget $250~ $300 removable, Clean & Hard hitting bass? I need my truck space for weekend grocery shoppings and as Airport shuttle for frequent family visitors, so removability on a dime its my number 1 concern. I also pertty picky about my bass, well not as picky as before but I don't want to spend too much right now as I'm still shopping for another car perhaps a Honda Oddyssey for my weekend duties. I'm thinking about having Clear Bra install on my LS430. But I don't know if it'll create any issue afterward on the difference in appearance. Would the reflection looks weir? Would it be to noticiable and looks funny? Would the paint oxidate differently since its a half bra on the Hood? Is it really worth it?

If you been to Bestbuy then you'll wonder how they received the signal. I'm just assuming if they can receive the signal inside their warehouse without any windows then clearly from my garage where my car is park 2 feet away from the 4' x 6' wide window should yield enough clearance for it besides the garage is open when I was trying to get use familiar with it. Also, from the way you describe doesn' this mean that home kit its a rip off because it'll never work as it will not be looking at the sky at all. :chairshot:

I believe its an OEM kit, since it comes with the car from Dealer. It ugly with that big Dealer lock-box like receiver right next to my rear view mirror. Its this the way it suppose to be?

Anyone feel the same way? I thought Siruis Sat Radio show blow way regular FM with comparable CD quality sound but its not. It just like FM without commercials. I swear they sounded so good in Circuity city or Best buys. Also the reception sucks. I get no reception when I park in my garage or park inside mall parking builders. Am I expecting to much out of it? I find myself listening to my CD more then Sirius.

sv7887, How did you get free maintenance from MB? I know that they stopped free maintenace back in 2005 just like Lexus did. So far only BMW still offer it. But with my experience with my local BMW dealership, unless I move back close to New Century BMW in Alhambra. I will not get another BMW.

Looks like Lexus dealer at your area really sucks and not up to part with the rest. Just like my local BMW dealer here. Thats' why I gave up on BMWs after owning 4 of them from the last 15 years. A 91' 325ic, 93' 530i, 94' 740iL and 95' 840Ci. After 15 yesr of constantly having my car serviced I get to know the entire service personnel as I'm there almost once every month for the same or different BMW I own. That was the good old days until I move to Ventura and had to deal with Rusnak in Westlake village. The service was horrible. I have my power steering leaking where make my 740iL have hard to drive and I have to constatly re-fill the fluids just to be able to drive. I have extended warranty but when I contacted them, they told me that there is nothing they can do and I'll need to have an appointment with them to have someone look at it. And the next open slot is 4 week from today. After this experience I swear I would never buy another BMW new as a primary carr and if I do buy one for spare I would go used and have my own mechanic service it.

This is why I bought the car. Never knew Lexus has such option until I saw one on the showroom.
