Why do you want to replace the needles?

I just did this job this weekend in my garage by myself. It is not that difficult. I also changed the leaking valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals. And the plugs while I was in their. If you're doing the belt, the water pump is right their and shouldn't add much time. The cost was 39.00 for a good Gates belt and 35.00 for Felpro gaskets.

Hi, All the needle indicators on all the guages of my '92 ES300 are out. This makes it tough to read the gauge! Only once did I see them on, one morning when it was cold out (35-40 degrees) and I started the car, they flickered then went out again. They must be all controlled from one location and must be fibre optic or something. Thanks for your help! Steve
