We have 2 - 2004 GX470's and to get into the "service mode" you need todo the following. Top Left Bottom Left Top Left Bottom Left Bottom Right This is done from the DVD information screen. It has to be done while stopped. After this is completed you can add a destination while moving!!! Jill
