does anyone know how much that usually costs? also, is that something fairly easy to do myself?

My 1992 SC 300 was working fine till a couple of weeks ago. The heat stopped working. The A/C works fine. The same problem where my heat stopped working, but my A/C was working happened for a day back in January, but the problem went away. Now I have the problem and it hasn't gone away for a couple of weeks. Does anyone know what my problem is? Spenstar

I lowered my window and I heard a thud. Afterwards, the glass wouldn't raise up. I can hear the motor mechanism when I press the window switch, but no glass rising. I figure that there is a 99% chance that the glass just fell off the motor track or something, but then again I'm not a pro. I tried to take off the panel, but I'm having problems getting past the black handle and lock switch. The handle/lock switch seems to be attached to the metal part of the door and that's stopping me from taking off the whole leather door cover and inside long leather handle. I can't find a screw to take it off. How do I remove the black handle/lock switch to take off the leather panel to get in to the glass to fix this problem?
