I was wondering if any of you could give me the FCC ID# on the back of your keyless remote. When I bought my '93 GS back in August, all the lady gave me was the broken key and its missing the back with the number on it. Thanks in advance...

I went to look at a 2001 GS430 today and I have a couple of questions about some of the options on the vehicle. I was told over the phone that the vehicle DID NOT have navigation but that it DID have the upgraded sound system, so when I went to look at it today I noticed that it DID have the screen in the dash, but I couldn't find Mark Levinson written anywhere so I wasn't sure about what I had been told previously on the phone, and I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out. Is it possible to have the screen in the dash and not have navigation? And, if it does have the upgraded sound system is there writing somewhere like the old Nakamichi radios had on them? Please help! I'm going back tomorrow to find out about financing and to possibly test drive the vehicle, so I hope things work out...thanks in advance :D -John

Ok thanks...it finally came loose. Now I called the Lexus dealer just to check and see how much the bulbs would be and he told me that he could only sell me the bulbs WITH the base and it would be around $8 dollars each, so I'm obviously not doing that. What I'm wondering is can I buy these bulbs at O'Reilly's or Autozone? If so, what size are they? Thanks again...

Okay here's what happening...my drivers side rear brake caliper is stuck so my caliper is actually grinding on the rotor and I've noticed here recently that my paint feels rough to the touch and is turning a rusty orange color...especially on the rear bumper under the tailights. I am currently getting the brake problem fixed, but I'm afraid that I might have ruined the paint. Is there anything I can do to removed this before it becomes permanent or is it already too late? PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay, I just got the cluster out of my dash this morning and I was removing the 3 male connectors from the back...I got the 2 gray ones on the each side out easy but the orange (bigger) connector in the middle just doesn't seem to want to come out at all. I don't want to pull too hard and break it but I'm just getting very frustrated with it. When you guys did this did you have any trouble or is there a certain tool I need to use to push the tab all the way down...PLEASE HELP!!! :(

Hey James or TurboGS300, I can't figure out how to actually PULL the cluster out of the dash. I unscrewed the 4 screws holding it in and I inserted the butter knife on top. What did you guys use when you did it cause I'm having a hard time finding a place to grab ahold of it...is there a special tool I need? Please let me know if you had any luck with this cause I'm having a hard time with the key switch panel on mine. The only way it looks like the cluster can come out is straightforward, but the top part of the cluster is up behind part of the dash and I'm scared to pry on it too much cause I don't want to damage/tear the dash or cluster...thanks in advance :D

Hey everyone, I just recently purchased a 1993 GS300 and I was wondering if anyone here on the boards lived in Nashville or the surrounding cities. I've seen several driving around town but never got the chance to talk to any of the owners and I thought it would be cool to meet up with some of you guys.
