Does this code have anything to do with the Throttle position sensor or the ECU?

Hello I have a 99 rx300 and the code P1354 came out. It reads VVT System Malfunctioning (Bank 2). Does anyone have an idea on what exactly I need to replace. Some say its the oxygen sensors (which one?) Thankyou.

Yes, I can hear the click aswell. Most mechanics say that it is 100% starter. They say that the starter won't last too much and recommend rebuilding or replacing it.

The battery is brand new, only about a month on it.

When I turn the key, the clock is on until I move the key back into the OFF Position (because no spark and the car doesnt turn on).

The car will not crank up until a couple of tries.

Hello, I live in NYC and the weather is cold. Every morning when I get into my car and try to start it up, the car wont start. It seems like it is not making any contact therefore no spark. However once I get it to turn on (after about 10 trys) and I warm it up, the ignition will turn on with no problems. I was wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be? Im sure its not the starter or battery.

Very easy to do, just hammer (softly tap) the tip inisde the cylinder lock with a screwdriver and hammer. The cause of this problem is that the ignition cylinder lock has to be replaced. It is costly.

Hello on the screen display, it always reads about 12 to 12.5 mpg. I usually drive in the city, not highway. Is there something wrong or is this normal??

I am looking for more braking power, so my best bet is to go with the EBC. Do you recommend replacing all 4 pads, the rear definelty have to be changed, however the front are not as worn. Should I just replace all 4??

Instead of the Akebonos, are these pads better :Lexus EBC Brake Pads Green Stuff. Lextasy has them for 158. Any imput appreciated.

Hello, I am new to this site and currently own a 99 RX300. I would like to recieve input on this combination:

I am looking to install Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads for the front and Hawk Performance HPS Brake Pads for the rear. Along with the pads I am going to install Brembo rotors for the front and Rotora slotted rotor for the rear. Is this a good combination?? Thankyou very much any input or feedback is appreciated.
