same thing is happening with mine (99) what can cause the chime and light to come on?

I can hear noise from passenger side footewll area. It's not from servo motor. It s been already taken care and it still makes noise. When the car moves slowly, I hear something bouncing sort of noise. I heard since the car was new dealer couldn't find the problem at that time. has anyone found out what 's causing it?
