More than likely its your oxygen sensor saying your catalyst is bad. This is because these go out about the 100,000 mile range. There are anywhere from 1 to 4 sensors costing about $100us each. Replace those even if you don't need too because they are about expired anyway and can cut your gas mileage down to half. Regards
