i have an Es3 02 and I would really like to install a touch screen navi. I've been told that its not possible by the local installers here. I have no clue its that true or not. So Can you Lexperts please tell me what are my options if any..What type/brand of navi in dash to buy and from where. can I install the Mark L. navi, what about the current in dash 6 disc, how can i replace that. Thanks

I have a ES and i changed my tires and rims...I went up to 20 inch rims and tires......havent had one problem..Not only does the car handle SO mush better..when ever I go to the dealership or any where.. people stop and admire the car.. Just my 2 cents

I am thining about adding a touch screen navi to my Es300 (02), which means I would need to buy a trunk mount 6 disc changer, no big deal right. but I'm not sure how, where, or what IN DASH navi i should buy. I've seen the 02's with the Mark L. navi, so I know I should be able to get the dash part, but where can I find a navi that is compatible with the car. I know you lexperts can help....thanks

Problem solved! Went to a local car shop. asked the fellas to apply a little bit of air pressure in my AC drain AND sun roof drains. I ran the AC for a few minutes afterwards and there was a good amount of water on the pavement (water I had not been seeing before). Carpets are dry!

Jut got news about wet floor mats.. Service tech from dealer told me that the 2 most common causes are: When places like a "jiffy lube" or " quick lube" service a lexus the dont like the AC drain to drip on them....so they usually move or hang the drain tube in a different place and they forget to reposition it when they're done..those idiots. 2ndly, the sunroof drains could be clogged up. There are a couple of topics on here about that. Check and see if its your AC drain....Run you AC for a short time(while idle) and turn it off, if there is no water on the pavement then thats probably your problem.

Jason I have the same problem in a 02 ES. Under the floor mats (all of them) the carpets are wet and the bottom of the mats are wet as well. I have no clue why its doing that. I'm about to post a new topic concerning that. There hasn't been any rain here in St. Louis lately and I cant understand why...Have you called the dealer.

My thought as well, I just tried to retune the stations but that still didn't work. Its showing a different song title on each different preset but each title it shows is wrong. I'll certainly be at the dealer tuesday, factory warrant is about to run out so I'm sure this is something they can fix.... If anybody comes upon any suggestions please let me know. Thanks all.

You have to be clear on what exactly is happening with your headunit for any help. Is this when you have the radio on ? Playing cd's, Do the buttons work? etc... ← Yes when the radio is on and I have pre set stations set. Lets say on preset 1 I'm listening to a smooth jazz station and the song that's playing is by B. James, but the text that scrolls across the radio says a different (or the wrong) artist and song title. Any Suggestions. Thanks

Es 300 2002 Factory radio is continually showing the wrong name for that are on the radio...it stuck. It only shows one song title...Anybody had this problem, any suggestions. Thanks

Question: So what about installing a navi OR navi/dvd in dash unit into a 02 es 300..I agree with you last thread, saying that the dealer would rather put you in a lex with nav than give you advice on how to install one....as a matter of fact I was told that you couldn't even buy the "lexus" indash unit, it would not fit or work unless it came installed from the factory?
