I also attended the "Tastes of Lexus"; however I was disappointed about the lack of orginization. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00PM because that was the only time slot available. When I arrived, 15 minutes early as requested, it was obvious that I was probably not going to get a chance to test drive the GS450h. I stood in the GS line for 15 minutes, then swithched to the LS460 line and stood for 30 minutes, but left before test driving either vehicle. Very disappointment in the lack of organization...not immpressed, even though I own 2 Lexus.

I second that. The cost of my 15000 mile service was $430; well worth the peace of mine that it was being done correctly and covered under warranty.

The coin holder that is provided for the RX330 works perfectly in the RX400h. I was able to convince my salesperson to loan me one for my RX 400h.

Has anyone had to replace a brake light in their sc430? If so, could you please explain how one can get to it for replaement.

We have owned our 400h for 1 month with no complaints. Except, we noticed that the air conditioning was only blowing cold air on the passenger side of the vehicle. When I took it to the service department they informed me (a couple of days later) that there was a manufactoring defect on the hoses for the AC. This defect allows for the AC to be blocked on the drivers side. The service rep informed me that this has happened on at least 4 other vehicles thus far and the part has to come from Japan, which could take up to 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I ahve a loaner but feel kind of jipped b/c I am still making payments on the out of service vehicle. Any suggestions?
