Have 98 LX 470 with 58,000. Have experienced sudden loss of power when turning from a stop, engine hesitates, no acceleration...been going on for a year. Lexus dealer replaced catalytic converter but still have problem. They now suspect it is the throttle body or the sensors in the electronic throttle system. lexus Dealer and Lexus HQ argouing about what is covered under extended warranty. Have seen sever al postings of loss of power with the 2004 and 2005 sedans but not a lot on the 470. Anyone else having a problem.
