Hello All, New to the form. Last week my touchscreen on 2010 LS460 froze. When I crank my car up, the climate control system shows, AC on, then I can see the buttons from low to high being illuminated as if a host was pushing them. Then the system freezes at that point. My dealer quoted me $3,200 for a replacement...OUCH! My questions are: 1) Is there a place where some can point in the direction to purchase a new touchscreen along with the "i think it's called a digitizer" computer part? My dealer informed me that they could put in a unit that I provided them for $379.00. 2) Is there any other way to fix this if I can't source an OME part at a reasonable price or what suggestions do you have as to where I can source one on the open market? Hi, Ric from Ocean Springs from MS. I am new to this form. I have a 2010 LX460 with 190K on it. It runs great. and my touchscreen has stopped working and is locked in AC mode. When I start the car, with my climate control screen in view. The fan moves on its own from the low position to the high. Then stays stuck in this mode? 1st) My dealer stated that I need a new screen and computer. To to total tune of $3,200 2nd) Is this worth replacing? If yes, where can I pick up the parts for this repair? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, Richard
