Curious whether you ever got an answer to what caused the hesitation issue you described with your SC 300.. I have a 93 SC 300 in very good condition, 180000 miles. It seems to consume oil over time; about 1 qt over a 2000 mi period. And it has started hesitating a bit when accelerating; not all the time but about 1 every 5-6 times. Any ideas? Thanks I purchased the car 2 years ago at 150,000 mi from the original owner
