It’s July 2, 2023 and I just came across this post! It took me ten attempts, but I finally perfected the execution of your maneuver and got a pen out of our console cup holder. We haven’t been able to open that door all the way for 5-6 years!! Our dealer wanted $250 to dismantle the console and told us we would never be able fish the pen out…Thank you so much for your creative solution. 😍
