Ok let's get this out of the way, I'm a chick and I'm trying this issue so I don't have to pay 4X the cost of the parts. I have a 2000 RX300 and she's started to mess up on me. The drivers side lock and the passenger lock are no working and the accuator (sp) is not controlling my heating ducts. I can't move them to defrost or defrost/cabin etc. I wondered how I fix this. I'm a woman but I can read and follow directions so I'm thinkin' I can figure this one out. HELP me if you can. Thank you, Melissa the Mechanic LOL
