2010+ Wheel Audio Controls In A 2007-2009?

I wanna buy a 2007 steering wheel for my 2011 es350. Everything looks the same but the only thing that's missing is the phone and Bluetooth capability. My phone and Bluetooth buttons will definitely fit but will my phone and Bluetooth work on the 2007 wheel or are the wires inside different?
