Hey I'm not sure if this is normal but now it's starting to bother me. Occasionally while driving my 2003 rx300 I will hear a noise coming from the rear (well it seems it) of the car. It's not so much a whining noise, or a clicking, but more like water moving through tubes!! That's what it sounds like in my mind. I can't say that its just during accelerating, but it happens for no reason at all. Say I was driving 30mph on a residential road... This nosie would start, I would press the gas, no change. I would keep going, and it would just stop automatically. could it be brakes? I'm not sure it puzzles me. I wish I could say more but i can't. It's a very unusual sound. It really sounds like water moving through tubes or something. Does anyone else have this sound sometimes? Please I need to figure out what this is. My rx300 is a 4WD model. Please tell me it's not the transmission. Thank you anyone who owns/has heard of this in an rx300.

I need to buy another mudflap for the drivers side rear bumper. Should I call my dealer? I wish I could fix it but it's cracked and the paint is scraped off. i already have it off i just need a replacement or a quick fix. Thank you

Is the engine in the 01-05 Gs430's the EXACT same as the engine in the 01-06 LS430's ? I know it's the same by volume, but is it the exact same engine? jw'n

Hey i still can't answer this one: how do you delete only one single address without deleting all the rest? I accidently put a wrong address in and can't find out how to delete it. I can only find the button for "delete all" or something like that. also, if i press a destination, but change my mind a few miles later, how do you stop it from giving you this route? I don't mean to another address, but just to turn it off... Thank you.

I took my bro's 2001 rx out today and his transmission felt and sounded wierd compared to my 03's. We both have the 4WD version. When I started to accelerate I could hear a whining noise (softer to louder, then stop) and sort of a "break" and go feeling right in the middle of accerating. Then while de-celerating the same thing; sort of short "breaks" in the slowing down process. Nothing that seemed dangerous, just unusual. The car also shook a little while picking up speed. I told him about it and he thought I was crazy. What's wrong with it? It has 52,000 miles on it. Hes a good driver too! Thanks people!!!

I have one of those chrome grill guards on the front of my rx. I purchased it when i bought it and they put it on for me free of charge. The guard itself was $ 600. I like it very much.
