i just had the transmission on my 2000 rx300 (front wheel drive) rebuilt ($3500). it is chugging like crazy but the mechanic told me to expect that for 1000 miles or so. that just doesn't seem right to me. anybody else have this happen? he told me to bring it back after 1000 miles to check it. anyone else have this happen? thanks
